"Shipping cost wasn’t clear upfront"
I was pretty much ready to place an order on 2awarehouse.com because the price looked decent at first. I expected the total to stay close to what I was seeing, but once I got further into checkout, extra shipping costs showed up and suddenly the deal didn’t feel nearly as good.
I’m not against paying for shipping at all, but I do expect that cost to be clear before I spend time going through the whole checkout process. Seeing the real total only at the end was frustrating and made the experience feel a bit misleading...

"Took a Bit Longer Than I Thought"
It ended up taking longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating since I kept checking the tracking while making coffee and trying to get through my emails. It did arrive eventually, and everything was fine, but the wait was definitely longer than I had planned for.

I did find a few things cheaper here than at other places, so it’s not bad. But not everything is a real deal, and once shipping gets added, the savings can kind of disappear. I get the feeling some prices look low on purpose to pull you in, then the total isn’t as impressive. Overall, it’s fine to shop here, but I’d definitely compare prices first before buying.

i mean, the pages loaded in a weird way and it was annoying trying to find what I needed. Checkout was confusing too, so I ended up just giving up.

"Quick age check, no hassle"
I had to do the age verification on 2awarehouse.com, and it was way easier than I expected. I uploaded the info they asked for, and because the steps were clear, it only took a couple minutes to finish. Got approved fast too, so I didn’t have to sit around waiting or deal with anything confusing. Smooth process overall, 5 stars from me.
"Refund came through, but sooo slow"
I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. The return process just felt kindaaa slow and took longer than I expected.

I ordered this because it said it was in stock, then later got a message saying it actually wasn’t available. The refund came through fine, so that part was okay. But come on, if something isn’t available, don’t show it as in stock. They really need to keep their inventory updated better.

I ordered a bunch in bulk, and the prices were fine, honestly. The checkout went okay, not really any big issue there. Shipping did take a little longer than I was expecting, but it got here in the end.

Trying to manage my account on 2A Warehouse was kind of a pain. I wouldn’t say it doesn’t work, because it does, but finding certain settings took way longer than it should’ve. Updating my info felt like too many clicks for something simple. It’s not the worst setup ever, but it definitely isn’t smooth either

I checked the ammo section, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. A few calibers I needed were out of stock, and since the filters didn’t really narrow things down well, it was harder to find anything useful. The prices seemed okay, but because I couldn’t find what I wanted, I ended up leaving without buying anything.

I got my order, but a few things weren’t actually what I had picked out, which was really annoying. The weird part is that some of the order was fine, so it wasn’t like everything went wrong, but the mistakes made it frustrating. I reached out to support and they did eventually respond, but it took way longer than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely left me irritated.

"Support was slower than I expected"
I don’t know, maybe I was just expecting too much, but support took quite a while to get back to me. When they did reply, I still didn’t feel like I got much help, which was a bit frustrating. Maybe my issue wasn’t super clear, but overall the experience wasn’t as helpful as I’d hoped.

So, the payment did go through in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. My first try failed for some reason, and I had to refresh the page before it finally accepted my card.
It all worked out, and I got the confirmation a few minutes later, so yeah, not a huge deal. It just made me a bit nervous while checking out, the payment page could feel a little more reliable

I ordered a couple things from 2awarehouse.com sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Overall I was happy with the quality. The main item felt solid and looked like the pictures online, and it didn’t have any cheap-feeling parts or anything like that. One of the items did have a tiny scratch on it, which I noticed right away, but it wasn’t a huge deal for me. For the price, I think it was worth it, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Nice to not have to chase tracking for once"
I’m tired of having to dig around or contact support just to figure out where an order is, so this was a relief. The tracking updates were clear the whole time, and the emails and tracking page were simple enough to follow without any hassle. No guessing, no extra back-and-forth. Happy with it.
